You will need:

2 Cans of Tomato Soup
3 Medium Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
2 Soup Cans of Whole Milk

Handful of Fresh Basil

Romano Cheese to taste (Optional)

Instructions:

In a food processor, put the tomatoes, fresh basil, and minced garlic. Process until the consistency is partly chunky.

Using a large pot, add the 2 cans of tomato soup, 2 cans of whole milk, processed food mixture, and cook on medium/low heat until bubbling.

You will need:

1 Pound of Canned Whole Tomatoes
2 Cups of Milk
2 Tablespoons of Margarine or Butter
1/8 Teaspoon of Soda
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions:

In a 1 quart pan, place the tomatoes and begin heating. In a separate pan, combine the milk and butter. Heat these 2 ingredients until hot but not boiling. Once the tomatoes are hot, stir in the 1/8 teaspoon of soda. Pour the tomatoes into the milk mixture and stir. Take off the heat and season to taste. The servings can be increased if needed, but the soda amount must also be increased.

Cream of Tomato Soup

You will need:

2 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Chopped Onion
2 Tablespoons of All Purpose Flour
1 Quart of Tomato Juice (Use pureed fresh tomatoes for best results)
2 Cups of Milk
Salt to Taste

Instructions:

Using a Dutch oven, sauté the onions in the butter on medium heat until they are tender. Take off of heat. Stir in the all-purpose flour until smooth and no lumps. Whisk in tomato juice slowly. Put back on heat and add salt. Cook this mixture until just at the boiling point. Do not allow to begin boiling before removing from the heat. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Stir in the milk slowly. This is best when served immediately.

Easy Tomato Sauce

You will need:

4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Chopped Onion
3 Chopped Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Puree

Using a large skillet, cook the chopped onion in the Olive Oil over medium heat until tender. Stir in the tomatoes and cook until the juice starts to thicken. Stir in the puree, salt, and pepper. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes longer. It is ready to use when it appears rich and thick.
